  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar (for coating)
  • 1/4 cup melted chocolate (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine water, butter, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Add flour all at once and stir vigorously until the mixture forms a dough and pulls away from the sides of the pan.
