Instructions

  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and season generously with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and thyme.
  3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken thighs skin-side down for 5 minutes until golden brown. Flip and cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Pour heavy cream over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are partially submerged.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove from oven, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve hot with your favorite sides.
