- 1 cup pancake mix
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- Mini sausage patties
- Syrup for serving
- Powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat a mini muffin or mold cup baking tray.
- Mix pancake mix, milk, and egg until smooth.
- Pour batter into molds, filling halfway.
- Place a mini sausage patty in each mold and cover with a little more batter.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12-15 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Allow to cool slightly, drizzle with syrup, dust with powdered sugar, and serve.
Notes
- You can substitute pancake mix with scratch batter for more flavor.
- For a mini breakfast sandwich, add a slice of cheese before baking.
