Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Arrange croissant slices in the dish, overlaying with chocolate chips.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla until well combined.
- Pour the custard mixture over the croissants and chocolate, pressing down gently.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and set.
- Allow to cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm with fresh berries and mint.
