  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 2 cups bok choy, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp. oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside. In the same wok, add garlic and ginger, sauté for 30 seconds.
  5. Add vegetables and stir-fry until tender but still crisp, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Return chicken to the wok, add noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), and sesame oil. Toss well to combine and heat through.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
