  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 2 apples, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream; mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Swirl in caramel sauce.
  5. Arrange apple slices on top, sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes until set. Let cool completely.
  7. Drizzle with additional caramel before slicing and serving.
