- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 16 oz cream cheese, softened

- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 2 apples, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream; mix until well combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Swirl in caramel sauce.
- Arrange apple slices on top, sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes until set. Let cool completely.
- Drizzle with additional caramel before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Chill the bars for at least 2 hours to set properly.
- Use crisp, tart apples for best flavor balance.
- Switch to gluten-free graham crackers if needed.
