- 6 cups day-old bread cubes
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 4 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Spread bread cubes evenly in the dish, then sprinkle blueberries over the top.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread and blueberries, pressing slightly to help absorb.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight for best results.
- Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar and serve with syrup.
