Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
- Add melted butter, sour cream, eggs, and vanilla; mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese with powdered sugar until creamy.
- Gently fold blueberries into the batter.
- Pour half the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Spread the cream cheese mixture over it, then top with remaining batter.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing and serving.
