- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, and vanilla until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, sugars, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each mold about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the donuts comes out clean.
- Allow donuts to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of cloves or ginger to the dry ingredients.
- Serve with a drizzle of caramel or cream cheese frosting for added indulgence.
