- 1 cup chopped bok choy or spinach
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the chicken or vegetable broth to a boil.
- Add soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the dumplings to the broth and cook according to package instructions, usually about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in mushrooms, bok choy, or spinach, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and a splash of rice vinegar before serving.

- You can substitute chicken dumplings with vegetarian or vegan options.
- For extra flavor, add a dash of chili oil or hot sauce.
