- 1 sheet of refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine chopped pecans, brown sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract to make the filling.
- Unroll the crescent dough and divide into 8 triangles.
- Place a spoonful of pecan filling at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up the triangles starting from the wide end to the point, shaping them into crescent rolls.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a shiny finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm or at room temperature.

- For extra sweetness, drizzle honey or glaze over the rolls before serving.
