Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, beating well after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet until combined.
- Fold in chopped walnuts and chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets in rounded tablespoons.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft.
- Allow cookies to cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
