Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press evenly into the bottom of the prepared dish to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla extract. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust and smooth the top. Bake for 40-45 minutes until set and golden around the edges.
  5. Allow to cool completely before slicing. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
