Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9-inch pie dish to form crust. Bake for 8 minutes. Let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, beat ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Pour filling into the cooled crust, smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Optional: Garnish with powdered sugar and chocolate curls before serving. Slice and enjoy!
