Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, pepper, and chili powder.
- Gradually add cold water to form a smooth batter.
- Add sweet corn kernels and shredded cheese into the batter, mixing gently.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter into hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
