Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine chicken pieces, olive oil, lemon juice and zest, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange chicken pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with extra lemon wedges.
Notes
- You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or a fresh salad for a complete meal.
