- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant and translucent.
- Stir in tomato paste, paprika, garam masala, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1 minute to toast spices.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook until sauce thickens slightly.
- Add cooked chicken back to the skillet and stir to coat with the sauce. Heat through for a few minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with rice or bread.
Notes
- You can add a dash of cayenne pepper for extra heat.
- For a healthier option, substitute heavy cream with coconut milk.
