  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Gradually add milk, whisking constantly until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Add garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
