- 2 cups cooked rice
- 4 boneless chicken breasts or thighs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Sear chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 6-8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream, simmer until sauce thickens slightly.
- Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, and cook for another 5 minutes until heated through.
- Serve chicken over rice, garnish with parsley.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add Parmesan cheese or your favorite herbs.
- Use cooked rice and keep warm for serving.
