Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add grated Parmesan and stir until melted and saucy.
- Mix in the cooked pasta, season with salt and pepper, and toss to combine.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
