- 1 pound cheese tortellini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce thickens.
- Add cooked tortellini and chicken to the sauce. Toss to combine and heat through.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley. Serve warm.

- You can add spinach or cherry tomatoes for extra color and flavor.
- Use fresh Parmesan for best taste.
