- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, Parmesan, sun-dried tomatoes, and garlic. Pour over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until chicken is tender and cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, remove the lid during the last 30 minutes of cooking to reduce it slightly. Serve with pasta, rice, or your favorite side.
