Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 large egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F (200C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well blended and form mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  6. Heat marinara sauce in a large skillet over medium heat.
  7. Add cooked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
  8. Serve hot garnished with additional parsley or Parmesan.
