- 1.5 pounds boneless chicken thighs, cut into chunks
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken chunks in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, mix tomato sauce, heavy cream, melted butter, garlic, ginger, garam masala, cumin, turmeric, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken in the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is tender.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more chili powder if desired.
- Serve with basmati rice or naan for a complete meal.
