- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Return shrimp to skillet, toss to coat in the sauce, and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or parmesan cheese.
