Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring constantly, and bring to a simmer.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
