Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 6-8 minutes per side.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese and stir until sauce thickens.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

- You can add spinach or mushrooms to enhance the sauce.
