Instructions
- Place cooked shredded chicken, chicken broth, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper into the slow cooker and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
- Add the tortellini to the slow cooker and stir gently.
- Pour in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese, mixing well.
- Cook on high for an additional 30 minutes, until the tortellini is tender.
- Garnish with chopped fresh basil or parsley before serving.
