- 2 pounds cooked shredded chicken
- 4 cups chicken broth

- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Place shredded chicken, crushed tomatoes, chopped onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper into the crock pot.
- Add chicken broth and stir to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours.
- Stir in cream, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses until melted and smooth.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil if desired.
Notes
- You can prepare the shredded chicken in advance for quicker assembly.
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
- Feel free to use store-bought cooked chicken to save time.
