Instructions
- In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat and sauté diced onion and minced garlic until translucent.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Stir in gnocchi and cook according to package instructions until tender, about 3-5 minutes.
- Reduce heat, then add shredded chicken and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, season with salt and pepper, then stir in crumbled bacon.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.
