- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 cups fresh spinach leaves
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, milk, and sautéed spinach.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes.
- Use cooked, shredded rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
- Serve with a side of rice or crusty bread.
