- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes until golden and tender.
- Meanwhile, cook smoked sausage slices in a skillet until browned.
- In a large bowl, combine roasted potatoes, cooked sausage, ranch dressing, and half of the cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, sprinkling remaining cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

- You can substitute ranch with sour cream for a tangier flavor.
- Add diced onions or bell peppers for extra flavor and color.
