Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and chopped onion until browned; drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and cheese is golden brown.

- You can add chopped mushrooms or zucchini for extra veggies.
- Replace cheddar with Monterey Jack or mozzarella for variation.
