  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and cut into 12 triangles.
  3. Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla in a bowl.
  4. Spread about a teaspoon of cream cheese mixture on each triangle.
  5. Place a few cranberries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Roll up each triangle from the wide end to the point, forming a crescent shape.
  7. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  8. Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.
