Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the broth over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Gently add frozen potstickers to the broth and cook for 8-10 minutes until heated through and slightly crispy on the bottom.
- Stir in shredded carrots and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Divide soup into bowls, garnish with sliced green onions and herbs, and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a splash of rice vinegar or chili oil.
- You can substitute with fresh or homemade potstickers if preferred.
