Instructions
- Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, chopped onion, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form into small meatballs.
- In a large pot, bring beef broth, milk, and garlic to a simmer.
- Add meatballs gently into the broth and cook until cooked through, about 10 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
