- 4 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Arrange zucchini slices in the baking dish in overlapping layers.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over the zucchini layers.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top. Season with Italian seasoning.
- Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbling and golden around the edges.
- Garnish with fresh basil before serving.

- You can add sliced olives or pepperoni for extra flavor.
