- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes and green chiles, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread the mixture into a baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and melty.
- Remove from oven, then garnish with diced tomatoes, green onions, and cilantro.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- For extra spice, add chopped jalapeños or hot sauce.
