- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley

- Optional: sliced jalapenos or hot sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add shredded chicken, paprika, salt, and pepper; cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Lay out tortillas and evenly distribute the chicken mixture onto each.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and chopped parsley over the chicken.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly, tucking in the ends.
- Place wraps seam-side down on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
