- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 sheet puff pastry or crescent dough
- 1 egg, beaten

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned; season with salt and pepper. Let cool slightly.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter and minced garlic.
- Roll out puff pastry or crescent dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Spread garlic butter over the dough, then evenly distribute cooked beef and shredded cheese.
- Roll up the dough tightly, then slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Place rollups on the prepared baking sheet, brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy. Garnish with parsley before serving.
