For the feta tzatziki:

- 1 small cucumber, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons feta cheese, crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill or mint (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, dried oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub the spice mixture evenly over the chicken pieces and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 6–8 minutes per side until fully cooked and browned. Alternatively, use an air fryer for crispy chicken.
- Prepare the tzatziki sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, chopped cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, crumbled feta, and herbs. Chill for at least 15 minutes.
- Warm the pita breads lightly and slice the cooked chicken into strips. Distribute chicken among pitas, top with feta tzatziki, sprinkle with feta cheese, and garnish with parsley.
- Fold the pitas and serve immediately, enjoying this authentic Greek gyro feast.
