Instructions

  1. Combine water, coconut oil, and honey in a small saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer and stir until well mixed.
  2. Remove from heat and add flour and vanilla extract. Mix vigorously until a smooth dough forms. Let cool slightly.
  3. Transfer dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip or shape small bites by hand. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place bites in a single layer without overlapping.
  5. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through. Bites should be golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from air fryer and toss in cinnamon sugar or dust with powdered sugar. Serve warm with chocolate or fruit dips.
